Dr. Debora S. Jason is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with adults, adolescents and children who are navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. With extensive training in evidence-based and trauma-informed care, Dr. Jason brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and highly individualized approach to therapy. She is experienced, down to earth, and deeply cares about each person’s journey.
Dr. Jason believes that healing occurs within safe, authentic relationships and is grounded in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical skill-building. She tailors each therapeutic experience to the unique strengths and needs of her clients, helping them better understand themselves, decrease distress, and build more meaningful and rewarding relationships.
